What are GreenSignature® Global Impact Honours and Trusted distinctions?
GreenSignature® celebrates impact through an evidence-informed honours framework for professionals and organisations whose work demonstrates meaningful contribution, responsible practice and positive impact in workplaces, communities, wellbeing, people development or social value.
Is GreenSignature® recognition the same as a certification or accreditation?
No. Recognition acknowledges verified contribution and impact within a defined category. It should not be represented as government approval, academic accreditation, statutory licensing or professional registration unless a separate GreenSignature service explicitly states otherwise.
Who can be recognised?
Depending on the category, eligible applicants can include individual professionals, legally registered businesses and organisations, registered NGOs/NPOs or charitable trusts, and legally registered wellness-provider organisations.
Which recognition should I choose?
Choose Global Impact Honours if you are applying as an individual professional; Trusted Workplace if your organisation is being recognised for workplace and people practices; Trusted NGO if you are a registered non-profit creating social impact; and Trusted Wellness Provider if your organisation delivers health, wellbeing or wellness services.
How is a nomination evaluated?
The framework is primarily evidence-led. Up to 80% of consideration is assigned to verified contribution, measurable outcomes, supporting evidence, relevance and authenticity. Eligible nominations may also enter public/stakeholder validation, where credible perspectives can support the final review.
Is recognition based on likes, votes or popularity?
No. Likes, shares and popularity do not determine the decision. Genuine stakeholder perspectives may be considered for their substance and credibility, not simply their volume.
What evidence may be requested?
Evidence can include activity reports, policies, programmes, community initiatives, recommendations, testimonials, photographs, videos and other appropriate documents. Applicants should provide only information they are authorised to share.
What should organisations not submit?
Organisations should not submit financial statements, research data, confidential correspondence, employee complaints, legal notices, proprietary formulas, disciplinary records or other confidential or unauthorised material.
Does nomination guarantee recognition?
No. Submission does not guarantee shortlisting, publication or recognition. Honours are selective and decisions depend on eligibility, verification, supporting evidence, category alignment, integrity and demonstrated impact. No fixed selection percentage or acceptance rate is represented.
Can GreenSignature® request additional information?
Yes. GreenSignature® may request additional information or undertake reasonable verification through public sources, websites, professional profiles, social media, supporting documents, references or independent review.
What can recognised professionals receive?
Selected honourees may receive an official GreenSignature® recognition certificate/citation, public recognition announcement, directory listing, professional recognition badge, verifiable visibility for their contributions and eligibility for future editorial features, interviews or publications.
What can recognised organisations receive?
Selected organisations may receive an official category-specific recognition certificate/citation, public announcement, directory listing, category badge for approved brand use, verifiable visibility for contribution and eligibility for future editorial features, interviews, newsletters or magazine publications.
Can the recognition badge be used publicly?
Where a badge is granted, it may be used subject to GreenSignature® logo and brand-usage terms. The recognition must not be transferred, resold, misrepresented or used to make unrelated or misleading product or fundraising claims.
Can recognition be withdrawn?
Yes. GreenSignature® reserves the right to withdraw or revoke recognition, remove listings or publications, and take action where information is false, misleading, legally problematic, unethical or inconsistent with programme requirements.
Is the programme international?
The recognition framework is designed for eligible professionals and organisations internationally, subject to category requirements, lawful operation, evidence availability and GreenSignature® review.
Why does external recognition matter?
Independent recognition can provide a credible third-party signal that an individual or organisation has documented meaningful work and has been reviewed against defined eligibility and evidence requirements. Its practical value is strongest when used accurately in professional profiles, stakeholder communications, employer branding and reputation-building.
How can I enquire before applying?
Use the enquiry form on this page or the WhatsApp support button. The GreenSignature® team can guide you to the most appropriate category and explain evidence or eligibility requirements.
